Game Rules

Welcome to MotoPhantom. To keep the game fair, fun and enjoyable for everyone, every member is required to follow the following rules.

1. Respect Other Players

Insulting, humiliating, threatening, harassing or any other form of inappropriate behavior towards other players is prohibited.

Such behavior may result in a temporary or permanent account ban.

2. One Player – One Account

Each player may have only one account in MotoPhantom.

Creating or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage in the game, bypass penalties, or influence the economy and territories is not allowed.

Using multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.

3. Motorcycle Club Rules

In MotoPhantom, motorcycle clubs are called eMC.

The name MC may not be used as a club designation in the game.

It is also not allowed to give eMC clubs the names of real motorcycle clubs, or to use their names, markings or identity in a way that could create the impression that the club is affiliated with a real club.

If a player creates an eMC using the name of a real motorcycle club, the name may be removed and the account may be banned.

4. Impersonation

Pretending to be another person, a real motorcycle club, organization, or another entity that is not associated with the player is prohibited.

5. Fair Play

Using bugs, game errors, scripts, bots, automation or any other methods to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

If you discover a bug in the game, report it instead of using it to gain an advantage.

6. Penalties

Depending on the severity of the violation, MotoPhantom may issue a warning, temporary ban or permanent ban.

In cases of serious or repeated violations of the rules, the administration may permanently disable the account immediately.
