These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MotoPhantom website, game and related services. By accessing or using MotoPhantom, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for using MotoPhantom in accordance with the laws applicable to you. If you are under the minimum age required by applicable law or by a particular service, you may only use MotoPhantom with the required permission or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. You must not intentionally provide false information, impersonate another person, or create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.

MotoPhantom is an online game and virtual world focused on motorcycles, territories, racing, clubs and player progression. Game features, rules, values, rewards, rankings and other gameplay elements may be changed, balanced or updated over time.

MotoPhantom may contain virtual currency, virtual items, energy, upgrades, vehicles and other digital game elements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, virtual items have no monetary value, are not real-world property and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the service. Virtual balances may be adjusted as part of normal gameplay, balancing, corrections or enforcement of these Terms.

MotoPhantom may offer optional advertisements that provide virtual in-game rewards after a qualifying viewing. Rewards are intended for use inside MotoPhantom only and have no cash value. Availability of advertisements and rewards may depend on advertising demand, user consent, technical availability and applicable policies.

Players are expected to use MotoPhantom fairly and normally. Exploiting bugs, manipulating game data, using unauthorized automation or bots, attempting to bypass security or reward systems, interfering with the service, or gaining an unfair advantage through technical abuse may result in restrictions or termination of an account.

You must not use MotoPhantom to distribute malicious software, attack or interfere with servers, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, abuse advertising or reward mechanisms, conduct fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the service. We may take appropriate action when violations are detected.

MotoPhantom may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service. Game mechanics, virtual items, rewards and other content may also be changed when necessary for development, security, balancing, technical reasons or legal requirements.

MotoPhantom may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account when necessary to protect the service, other users, advertising partners or the integrity of the game, including in cases of fraud, abuse, security violations or serious breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate, users may also stop using the service and request account-related actions through available support channels.

MotoPhantom is provided as an online service and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party services or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MotoPhantom is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from the user’s failure to protect account credentials or by events outside our reasonable control.
